When we say "Flyesim", "we", "our" or "us", we mean Flyesim Ltd, a company operating globally and registered in 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, USA.

Where you have been provided access to Flyesim's Services by a third party (e.g., a travel agency, your employer, or a distribution partner), Flyesim may receive your personal data from them.
