These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Flyesim’s mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”).By purchasing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms provided to you.

Your Flyesim account is personal to you and cannot be transferred or shared. Flyesim reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect any misuse, security breach, or violation of these Terms.
If your account is suspended or terminated due to breach of our policies or misuse of the Services, no refund, wallet balance, loyalty rewards, or compensation will be provided.
Your Flyesim bundle activates automatically once you arrive at your destination and your device connects to a supported local network.
Each bundle includes a defined validity period (e.g., 7, 15, or 30 days). Once activated, the validity period begins immediately and cannot be paused, extended, or restarted.

In rare cases where a purchased bundle cannot be activated or used due to a verified technical issue caused by Flyesim or its network partners, Flyesim may, at its sole discretion, offer either:
Flyesim’s decision regarding eligibility and compensation is final and binding.
If Flyesim Services were purchased via a third-party platform, reseller, or distributor, all support, refunds, or claims must be handled directly with that provider. Flyesim bears no responsibility for third-party purchases.
Flyesim partners with global telecom operators to provide coverage. If a partner experiences operational issues or fails to meet service standards, Flyesim may suspend or terminate affected bundles without prior notice.
Where applicable, compensation may be offered strictly in accordance with Section 6.2.
Any unauthorized use of Flyesim Services—including resale, transfer, manipulation of promotions, or fraudulent activity—may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Flyesim reserves the right to deny refunds, revoke wallet balances or rewards, and report fraudulent behavior to relevant authorities.

Flyesim may offer a digital wallet (“Flyesim Wallet”) allowing users to store credits, promotional balances, cashback, refunds, or rewards issued by Flyesim.
If an account is suspended or terminated, all remaining wallet balances will be forfeited without refund.
Flyesim reserves the right to correct wallet balance errors caused by system or administrative issues, with or without notice.
Flyesim may operate a loyalty or rewards program allowing users to earn points, credits, or discounts based on qualifying activities.
Loyalty rewards are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, gifted, or shared.
Any abuse or manipulation of the Loyalty Program may result in loss of rewards, account suspension, or permanent disqualification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Flyesim’s operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
