Flyesim – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Flyesim’s mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”).By purchasing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms provided to you.

Any unauthorized use of Flyesim Services—including resale, transfer, manipulation of promotions, or fraudulent activity—may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Flyesim reserves the right to deny refunds, revoke wallet balances or rewards, and report fraudulent behavior to relevant authorities.
